The Invoices page is your hub for tracking everything
- Invoice Statuses:
- Draft: An invoice that has been saved but not yet sent to a client.
- Unpaid: An invoice that has been sent and is awaiting payment.
- Paid: A fully paid invoice.
- Searching and Filtering: Use the search bar to find invoices by client name, invoice number, or even keywords in the notes. Use the “Filter” button to narrow down your view by date ranges (Issue, Due, or Paid). The summary cards at the top (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue) also act as quick filters.
- Actions: From the invoice list or the detail page, you can perform several actions:
- Edit: Modify an invoice. Note: Editing a sent invoice will require it to be re-sent.
- Download PDF: Save a professional PDF copy of your invoice.
- Duplicate: Create a new, editable draft based on an existing invoice.
- Delete: Permanently remove an invoice.
