🎯 Role Overview
TeraInvoice is a powerful invoicing platform designed for freelancers, photographers, editors, creators, and agencies.
We are looking for a high-caliber content strategist who can design and execute a 90-day content engine across all platforms to support the beta release, early adopters, launch announcements, and growth marketing.
This is a hybrid role combining strategy, writing, and creative direction, without requiring design or heavy video editing.

1. 90-Day Launch Content Strategy
Build an actionable 90-day content roadmap for:
Facebook
X (Twitter)
YouTube Shorts
Define 4–6 strong content pillars:
SaaS Features
AI Features & Automation
Freelancing Tips / Workflow Optimization
Brand Story & Founder Narrative
Case Studies / Use Scenarios
Launch Announcements & Beta Updates
Plan content based on platform intent (IG Reels vs. LinkedIn thought leadership vs. X micro-posts).
2. Content Creation (Daily Posting System)
Create high-quality, hook-optimized content:
Deliverables include:
100–150 bilingual captions (VN + EN)
50–80 short-form video scripts (15–45 seconds)
80–120 image prompts for designing
Structured CSV/XLSX content calendar
Meta-data for each post: platform, category, purpose, CTA
Content styles:
Launch teasers
Feature highlights
Beta updates
Behind-the-scenes product insights
AI & automation explanations
Quick freelance workflow tips
Emotional brand storytelling
SaaS differentiators (“why TeraInvoice exists”)
3. Product-Aligned Marketing
You will work directly with the founder to:
Convert new features into market-ready content
Translate developer updates into simple brand communication
Build messaging for:
Launching
Beta access stages
Feature rollouts
Early adopter positioning
Support email micro-copy, onboarding content, and landing page messaging (optional)
4. Publishing & Coordination
Prepare weekly content batches
Update content calendar status
Coordinate with designer / AI asset generation
Research competitor SaaS content trends
Ensure brand tone consistency across platforms
5. Light Analytics (Optional)
Track basic engagement
Identify high-performing posts
Recommend content direction adjustments
This role focuses on execution and creative strategy, not complex analytics.
🔍 Requirements
Must-Have
2+ years experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Copywriting
Strong Vietnamese writing + solid English writing
Ability to write:
High-impact hooks
Short educational posts
Story-driven captions
Script-style video copy
Experience writing for:
Tech
SaaS
Freelancers/creators
Ability to deliver structured content on schedule
Creativity + speed + strong work ethic
Familiarity with content calendars (Excel, Google Sheets)
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Canva
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, prompts)
Understanding of automation or invoicing workflow is a plus
Ability to propose new content formats
