Creating and Sending Your First Invoice

You can create a new invoice in three main ways:

  • From the “Clients” page: Navigate to the “Clients” menu, click the Action menu (three-dots icon), click “New Invoice” button, and fill in their details.
  • From the “Invoices” page: Click “New Invoice” or “Create with AI” button, fill in details.
  • From “Duplicate” feature: You can click the Action menu (three-dots icon) of an invoice and duplicate that invoice and edit its details.

Main Steps:

  • Select your client from the dropdown list or create new client if the client doesn’t exist.
  • Fill in the line items, quantities, and prices.
  • Add any discounts, taxes, or notes.
  • Click “Save and Send” to email the invoice directly to your client. They will receive a link to a secure client portal where they can view and pay the invoice.
