- Payment Gateways: To accept online payments, connect your Stripe account (compatible with Stripe Connect Express) via Settings > Payments. You’ll be taken to stripe.com. If you can’t connect your existing Stripe, create a new one. All online payments will use Stripe by default for secure and fast payouts.
You can check Express connected account availability countries here - Client Payment Portal: When a client receives your invoice email, they click a link to a secure, private web page. Here, they can view the invoice details, see any attached sample files, and pay using the gateways you’ve enabled.
- Manual Payments: If a client pays you offline (e.g., cash, check), you can manually mark the invoice as paid from the invoice detail page or the main invoice list. You’ll have the option to send a confirmation receipt.
