Viewing Storage Usage #
- Go to Settings > Account
- View your storage usage bar
- See breakdown by file type
Storage Add-Ons #
Need more storage? Purchase add-on packages. Available for Business plan:
- +50 GB: Additional storage for growing needs
- +100 GB: For heavy users with many sample images
- +1000 GB: Enterprise-level storage
Managing Storage #
To free up storage:
- Delete old invoices with large attachments
- Remove unused sample images
- Clear orphaned files from cancelled invoices
File Retention #
Files are retained according to your plan:
- Paid invoices: Files kept indefinitely
- Unpaid/cancelled: Subject to retention policy
- Deleted invoices: Files removed after 30 days
